Creating a blog with this theme is just like any other theme, you’ll want to add all your blog posts using the standard posts and then setup the blog page under the “Reading” settings. Everything is explained below in more detail.
Create Your Blog Page
First, create a new page by going to Pages > Add New.
Give your page a name, and then select the Default template in the page attributes box.
Publish your page.
Then go to Settings > Reading to set your static Posts Page to the blog page you just created.
Adding Blog Posts
Go to Posts > Add New to create a new blog post.
Give your post a title, add content, select a category, add tags and set a featured image.
Publish your blog post when you’re done. Your most recent posts will be displayed on your homepage via the homepage template by default.
To create a blog post with a gallery simply add images to the Image Gallery metabox. If you add images here, the blog post will automatically be formatted to a gallery post.
Navigate to Appearance > Customize > General Theme Settings. From here you can edit Blog options: disable blog post entry image thumbnails (as seen on the homepage, or blog archive page), disable blog post featured image, and disable the blog post author box.
